Authors MUST anonymise (remove all contact details from) their papers before submission.

The templates and formatting guidelines for ACM are available HERE.

The paper must be formatted strictly according to the template and the guidelines provided by ACM. The responsibility to format the paper lie solely with the authors.

The paper must have a strict minimum of 5 pages and at least 3500 words. Papers having more than 12 pages will carry extra page charges. The maximum number of pages must not exceed 16.

All accepted and registered papers will be published in the ACM Digital Library subject to it meeting all ACM requirements.

Under its new publication model, ACM will be publishing all its article under an Open Access model. https://libraries.acm.org/subscriptions-access/acmopen

Authors who belong to one of these institutions (https://libraries.acm.org/acmopen/open-participants) will not have to pay the Open Access fees to ACM.

Authors who do not belong to one of the above listed institutions will have to pay the Open Access fees for their paper to be published in the ACM Digital Library.
